We want you to be stoked about your new purchase! However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we are here to help. Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of your order. Please include the item and the original packing slip when returning a product. Returned or exchanged products must be in the original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages.
For returns, please email email@example.com for a free shipping label. Once we receive the item back from you, we will refund your order for the amount charged. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to be credited back.
For exchanges, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a free shipping label. Once we receive the item(s) being exchanged back from you, we will refund your order for the amount of the item(s). Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to be credited back. After receiving the return label, you can go ahead and order the item(s) you are wanting to exchange for. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the shipping on the new order and we cover the cost of the return shipping.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of your order and must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving a return label. If we have not received the item(s) to be exchanged within 30 days, the order will not be refunded.
